Today we are the preferred partner to over 600 franchise brands and member-based organizations, as well as over 60,000 business owners. One of our core values is Be Kind, and to us that includes making a positive impact on the world and seeking out opportunities to help our communities. To that end, we’ve committed to giving 1% of our annual revenue to nonprofits each year.
Our 100% employee donation matching program is one of our favorite team benefits and we’ve also partnered with WeForest, a global reforestation nonprofit, to plant a tree for the first hire every client makes!
Our Give Back committee is a group of passionate employees who bring new opportunities forward: from organizing a Give Back Week, promoting time off to volunteer, and partnering with nonprofits like Maven Youth Tech Camp — a summer program for LGBTQ+ teens to learn about working in technology.
Most notably, we have a strong partnership with Foster Angels of Central Texas, supporting their Toys for Teens Holiday Drive, SkipFest, and other events throughout the year. In 2015, we worked closely with Foster Angels to begin a $10,000 scholarship awarded to a foster youth to help continue their education. Since then we’ve awarded new scholarships each year and had CareerPlug employees become mentors to help set up the recipients for long-term success.
