You hire the polite student with good work ethic. But slowly their behavior begins to change… and not for the better! Time to say goodbye, right?

Here’s a quick check to see if you hired Spider-Man:
1. They are always late
Maybe they are just forgetful or unreliable. Or maybe they got pulled into a high-speed car chase on their way to work and saved seven people.
2. They hate the news
When the TVs on in the store they beg you change the channel. Probably because James Jameson has it out for them!
3. They are paranoid
Every time they hear a siren they get a shifty look in their eye. Like some kind of criminal! Or … a friendly neighborhood hero ready to help catch the bad guy.
4. They disappear during their shift
Long cigarette breaks or saving the good people of your fine city? You decide.
5. They are exhausted all the time
Sure this job requires some interesting hours, but is it normal to have those dark circles around their eyes and drift off behind the counter? Well, if they’ve been up all night fighting Doc Ock it is!
